October Break

I spent an afternoon at a nice swimming pool reading a great book, and relaxing in the sun and pool :)
One of the main reasons for going to Thailand was to visit the dentist. Unfortunately, I had to visit several times :( But I'm thankful to get the help I needed.
I love Thai ice tea! And even more fun when you can drink it out of a bag :) It is great refreshment, especially after running around doing errands and buying supplies on a warm day.

Teacher Day

October 7th was Teacher Day so it's a public holiday with many schools having special events. One of my friends teaches at the Public Health School, so I spent some time with her. The students made a meal. Then everyone was welcome to join in relay races, karaoke, and volleyball :)
